PAYMENT TERMS & ORDER SYSTEM

A. Payment Terms
Payment by T/T

Please Fax or email us your invoice (orderlist) so that our company be able to proces your order.
D.A.F payment procedures is direct down payment on procenting the orders. It means that the buyer must pay amounting 40% of the total invoice or total sales contract up front to start the manufacture of the full container load orders.
The Buyer must completing or transfered the balance payment amounting 60% of the total invoice or total sales contract after the order (loads) already in container (in shipping process ).

B. Order System
1. Sample Request
We will provide the buyer with some sample as the following conditions :
- Sample request below US$25.00 is free of charge
- Sample transportation will be at buyer's account.
Your own design would be most welcome and we'll be handled confidentially.

2. Retail
For Retail Order (maximum 10 pcs, if more than 10 pcs is same as LCL) by air fright to airport. Importers must pay the air forwarding cost. Cost of Furniture + Air Freight per cubic meter + Forwarder Fees.

3. LCL (Less Container Loading) or Trial Order
The LCL or Less Container Loading is buyer take or buy from the suplier (our company) only few pcs, less than 1 x 20 ft container. So that suplier must be shared with another company to ship the stuff or the suplier must be consolidated or mixed from another company.
4. FCL (Full Container Loading)
Buyer take or buy from our company 1 x 20 ft container or 1 x 40 ft container and the system we can used T/T.

C. Packing System
Usually we used the corrugated paper or single face paper and than we can used the foam also if buyer must pay the additional cost for that.

D. Production Period
- 24 x 20 ft container / month
- 12 x 40 ft container / month
Order will be processed after receiving copy transfer T/T.

E. Compliance
To file the compliance the buyer must provided the company with photos as prove of evidence. Our compay required 3 photos, take from front, side and back to show the damage. And also photo the legs of the chair it the damage occured from chairs.
With the prove of evidence then our company be able to conclude the damage whether the damage occured from the raw material or the shipment company responsible when they handle the goods.
